There is a little town called Denmark way down at the bottom of the earth, its closest continent is Antarctica.
It’s so far away yet it's treasures are never-ending. One of it's greatest known treasures is Greens pool, where people will travel from many other continents to see this great beauty.
She's called Greens Pool.
She has so many colours and moods, her inviting blues and vibrant crystal colours calls you to play and frolic.
Watching our grandchildren splash and play around, climbing and running, it's just magic. Here's our grand-daughter Grace who's very happy being here.
You just want to climb her rocks, dive into her beautiful clear refreshing waters and be like the children. Or you just want to sunbake on her warm rocks or silky white sands.
Greg's and my favourite time is when the light shows she performs in late afternoon and if you are lucky she will create a unique performance for you.
Greg just loves chasing the light, waiting for the shadows that create shapes. The textures, moods on the water, the sand and the rocks.
I love meandering on the beach with the iPad snapping away, as I see so much beauty that I want to capture. Yet the iPad is so limited, that I end up deleting so much, as what my eye sees, the iPad just cannot capture.
If ever I am angry, sad, anxious, insecure, scared, then just being here sheds that negativity.
You feel mother nature provides us with invisible gifts of pure sea air blowing on your body, clearing all that negativity. Lose your blues.
Pure seawater cleansing and purifying the hurts and pains that our silly society imposes on our beautiful minds.
The rays from our sun with his magic colours creating surges of energy to uplift us, to see the bigger picture of what’s really important in your life.
Then the clouds coat the skies with its fullness, creating shapes of possibilities.
Keep progressing with who you are, be yourself, trust yourself, know yourself and go forth. Be at peace and one with yourself.
Her generosity is never-ending as she shares everything while never asking for anything.
As I reconnect with the wilderness I have realised I am at one with her.
The joys of photography and seeing what the camera sees has opened my eyes to what is real and beautiful.
I go back home where nature is around me and I'm blessed with her images on my wall to remind me to stay be centred within myself.
Being in Nature I can really see that the sky is the limit.
Nature doesn't possess any of this nonsense. You need to respect her, know and feel where you can go and where you cannot go.
Greens pool is located in the William Bay National Park approximately 17km by road West of Denmark, Western Australia.
